As many of our guests come to stay with us for a relaxing time in the peaceful and quiet village of Redmire (including parents enjoying a romantic weekend away without children) we only accept guests over the age of 18.

Rooms are available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival and our normal check in times are between 4:00pm to 6:00pm.  If you arrive before 4:00pm you are welcome to use our car park and enjoy a walk around the local area.  If you intend to arrive after 6:00pm please contact us to arrange. 

On day of departure rooms are to be vacated by 10:00am. 

We do not accept pets, except assistance dogs. Please note if you have pet allergies we have a resident friendly spaniel called "Dexter"  (He is not allowed in the guest areas).

We are able to cater for any special dietary requirement, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can ensure we have products for you.

We are happy to accept all major debit and credit cards or cash.  (American Express not accepted).

Please ensure that you read our terms and conditions page and our Access Statement prior to booking with us. Bookings at online travel sites are covered by terms and conditions published on those sites.
